目的:建立复方甘草酸单铵S分散片中甘草酸单铵盐S的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,Hy-persil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,流动相:0.01 mol/L磷酸溶液-乙腈(62∶38),检测波长:252 nm,流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃。结果:甘草酸单铵盐S在0.826~6.195μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为99.11%,RSD为0.55%。结论:本法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于本制剂中甘草酸单铵盐S的测定和质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate S in compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate dispersible tablets. METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine Hy-persil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) separation. Mobile phase: 0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile (62:38). Detection wavelength: 252 nm. Flow rate: 1.0 ml. /min, column temperature 25°C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship (r=0.9995) for the monoammonium glycyrrhizate S in the range of 0.826 to 6.195 μg. The recovery was 99.11% and the RSD was 0.55%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination and quality control of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate S in this preparation.
