详细分析了钢筋混凝土构件的钢筋保护层厚度、钢筋分布状况与构件的承载力、粘结力和耐久性之间的关系;论述了电子智能型钢筋检测仪的工作原理、探测功能和使用方法;并结合实际情况,阐述了钢筋检测仪在建筑质量过程控制中对钢筋位置是否准确和钢筋混凝土构件裂缝质量问题处理中的应用情况。为加强工程质量管理,保证工程实体质量,找到了一条新途径。
The relationship between the thickness of rebar reinforcement, the distribution of rebar and the bearing capacity, adhesion and durability of reinforced concrete members is analyzed in detail. The working principle, detecting function and using method of electronic intelligent rebar tester are discussed. Combined with the actual situation, this paper expounds the application of the steel detector in the process of building quality control on the location of steel bar and the crack quality of reinforced concrete members. In order to strengthen the project quality management and ensure the quality of engineering entities, a new way has been found.
