本文尝试构建一个基于人工神经网络等现代跨学科理论的认知发展模型。该模型涵盖了皮亚杰的儿童认知发展阶段,同时也能够适用于对成年人的认知发展阶段进行划分,起到对皮亚杰的认知发展理论进行补充和扩展的作用。本文将成年人的认知发展划分为四个阶段,这四个阶段分别是成熟期、深度发展期、衰减期、稳定期。该模型在教师专业发展理论中有比较好的应用价值。按照该理论,我们可以将教师的专业成长过程划分成专业准备、专业成长、专业成熟、专业稳定这四个阶段。
This article attempts to construct a cognitive development model based on modern interdisciplinary theories such as artificial neural networks. The model covers Piaget’s stages of cognitive development of children and at the same time can be applied to the division of cognitive stages of adults and plays a role in supplementing and expanding Piaget’s cognitive development theory. This article divides the cognitive development of adults into four stages, which are mature stage, deep stage, decay stage and stable stage. The model has a good application value in the theory of teacher professional development. According to this theory, we can divide the professional growth of teachers into four stages: professional preparation, professional growth, professional maturity and professional stability.
