随着近几年高职院校招生人数的不断增多,其生源的英语水平也参差不齐,公共英语作为高职院校学生的必修课程,以培养学生的英语实际应用能力为教学目标,但是,在实际公共英语教学中,由于教学策略缺乏针对性和科学性,实际教学效果不佳,为此,笔者在本文中在分析高职公用英语课堂教学中存在的某些问题的基础上,提出改进高职公共英语课堂教学质量的策略,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
