本文讨论为某精密仪器公司设计的电子式弹簧拉压试验机的智能测控系统。其功能是解决各种拉压式弹簧的形变、试验力、拉断点和力值最大点的动态测试,实现形变试验力值、形变试验力曲线及其拉断点的打印和LCD显示。同时,处理实验中出现的过拉压、上下限位、电机过流过热等异常情况,并通过软件设计实现设备的预保护。
This article discusses the intelligent measurement and control system for an electronic spring tension and compression testing machine designed for a precision instrumentation company. Its function is to solve the dynamic tests of the deformation, test force, pull-off point and force maximum point of various tension-compression springs to realize the printing and LCD display of deformation test force value, deformation test force curve and pull-off point. At the same time, deal with the emergence of the over-tension test, the upper and lower limit, the motor over-current and overheating and other anomalies, and through the software design equipment pre-protection.
