增压器叶轮是内燃机车柴油机的一个重要零件。它形状复杂(见图1),对材质性能要求高,国内外过去均采用锻铝用机械加工的方法生产。我国制作的内燃机车增压器叶轮系采用AK6锻造铝合金。这种合金的性能如下:抗拉强度:37公斤/毫米2;延伸率δ5:8%;布氏硬度HB: 95近两年来,国内一些工厂和研究单位,为了适应我国动力机械发展的需要,已采用熔模离心铸造的方法试制内燃机车增压器叶轮。他们采用的材质是Aл19铝合金或在这种合金中加入一定量的镉。
