对肝炎C病毒与宿主细胞及免疫反应之间关系的动力系统进行了分析,得到了模型平衡点的存在条件,并对复杂的平衡点进行了数值模拟,模拟结果显示系统是趋于渐进稳定的.而且对染病初期,进行抗病毒治疗的数学模型也进行了数值模拟,并且能够达到预期的效果.
The dynamic system of the relationship between hepatitis C virus and host cells and immune response was analyzed. The existence conditions of the equilibrium point of the model were obtained and the complex equilibrium points were numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the system is gradually asymptotically stable But also for the early stage of the disease, the mathematical model of antiviral therapy was also numerically simulated, and can achieve the desired results.
