化工信号的异常点检测是发现化工设备障碍的重要手段,对保障化工设备正常运行具有重要意义。传统的傅里叶变换是一种全局变换,无法描述信号的局部特征,而小波变换具有多分辨率和时频局域化的特点,可以用来进行化工信号的异常点检测。本文首先介绍了小波变换的基本原理,然后设计了一段含有异常点的化工信号,发现小波变换对化工信号异常点的检测具有良好的效果。
Outage detection of chemical signals is an important means of discovering chemical equipment obstacles and is of great significance to guarantee the normal operation of chemical equipment. The traditional Fourier transform is a kind of global transformation, which can not describe the local features of the signal. The wavelet transform has the characteristics of multi-resolution and time-frequency localization, which can be used to detect the abnormal points of chemical signals. In this paper, the basic principle of wavelet transform is introduced firstly, and then a chemical signal with abnormal points is designed. It is found that wavelet transform has a good effect on the detection of abnormal signal of chemical signal.
