在经济迅速发展,以文化为核心的时代,旅游也由起初单一的观光游览模式发展成现在多元化旅游,而以文化为核心的旅游更是当代人对于旅游的需要。中国饮食作为世界饮食三大体系之一,有着悠久的历史底蕴和文化沉淀,中国饮食文化也是世界文化的一块瑰宝。重庆作为中国三大历史名城之一,应在这一时期抓住机遇与挑战,在潮流大背景环境之下发展饮食文化旅游,大力弘扬和宣传重庆饮食和重庆少数民族文化,积极正面发展重庆旅游业。 In the era of rapid economic development and culture, tourism has also developed from a single mode of sightseeing tour to a diversified one. Travel centered on culture is even more necessary for tourism. As one of the three major systems of world diet, Chinese diet has a long history and cultural heritage. Chinese food culture is also a treasure of world culture. As one of the three major historical cities in China, Chongqing should seize the opportunities and challenges during this period and develop food and cultural tourism under the background of tidal current environment. Chongqing should vigorously carry forward and publicize Chongqing’s diet and ethnic minority cultures in Chongqing, positively and positively develop Chongqing Tourism industry.
