随着社会的发展和教育改革的不断深化,我国学校体育课程教学所采用的班级授课制形式,在实践活动中的局限性日渐显露。本文从现代体育教育综合化、主体化、个性化、民主化的教育理念出发,提出了学校《体育与健康》课程教学体质分组、能力分组、心理分组、技术分组的理论和方法。旨在为学校体育教学改革提供一些借鉴。
With the development of society and the continuous deepening of education reform, the classroom teaching system used in PE teaching in our country has become more and more exposed in practice. Based on the modern educational concept of integration, subjectivity, individuation and democratization of PE, this paper puts forward the theory and method of teaching constitution, ability grouping, psychological grouping and technology grouping in physical education and health curriculum. Aims to provide some reference for the reform of school physical education.
