备课过程的有效性很大程度上决定了课堂教学质量。教师的教育思想的科学性和创造性是完成教学方案的重要保证。本文通过对教师备课过程中的问题剖析,揭示了潜伏于教师个人知识和经验下的哲学思想,对备课过程的走向起着关键的作用。同时,也提出了为顺应课程理念趋势下,英语教师备课过程的发展方向。
The effectiveness of the lesson preparation process largely determines the quality of classroom teaching. The scientific nature and creativeness of the teacher’s educational ideas are important guarantees for completing the teaching program. This article reveals the philosophical thinking underlying the teacher’s personal knowledge and experience by analyzing the problems in the process of preparing lessons for teachers, which plays a key role in the preparation process. At the same time, it also puts forward the development direction of English teacher preparation lesson process in order to adapt to the trend of course concepts.
