为了准确了解医学文秘专业毕业生的就业情况,作者采用问卷法和访谈法,对医学文秘专业的毕业生、实习生以及医疗企事业单位进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析,进而提出提高医学文秘专业学生就业质量的对策,即,加强专业宣传,完善课程设置,建立职业资格准入制,鼓励学生提高学历层次和岗位适应能力。
