针对企业低压侧配电网大量感性无功设备消耗无功功率的情况而导致电能质量下降的问题,企业普遍采用并联电容器进行无功功率补偿,难以保证精度且可能伴随谐振发生。而DSTATCOM可以连续动态输出无功,但其成本较高,难以做到大容量运用。为实现高能耗企业低压配电网电气节能的目的,提出了一种兼顾DSTAT-COM快速无功补偿及TSC低成本大容量无功补偿优势的混合型无功补偿器。该系统由一台较小容量的DSTAT-COM和较大容量的多组TSC构成,其中DSTATCOM能实现快速连续无功调节,TSC实现无功的分级调节,二者协同工作实现低成本快速无级无功调节,仿真和实验结果表明了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of the power quality decline caused by the reactive power consumed by a large number of inductive and reactive power equipment in the distribution network of low-voltage side of the enterprise, the parallel compensation of reactive power by parallel capacitors in enterprises is difficult and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and resonance may occur. And DSTATCOM can continuously output reactive power dynamically, but its cost is high, it is difficult to achieve large capacity. In order to achieve the purpose of energy-saving for low-voltage distribution network of high energy-consuming enterprises, a hybrid reactive power compensator that takes into account the advantages of DSTAT-COM fast reactive power compensation and TSC low-cost high-capacity reactive power compensation is proposed. The system consists of a smaller capacity of DSTAT-COM and a large capacity of multiple TSC composition, including DSTATCOM to achieve rapid continuous reactive power regulation, TSC reactive power leveling regulation, the two work together to achieve low-cost fast and stepless Reactive power adjustment, simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is correct and effective.
