随着我国改革开放的深入推进,我国的社会经济发展事态良好,国内企业也迎来了大好的发展时机。与此同时,我国的开放程度和开放范围明显拓展,在经济全球化的今天,企业的发展也面临着一些挑战和压力,新形势下企业必须优化配置各项资源,提升自身的竞争力。人才是企业发展的最根本影响因素,企业如果能优化内部的人力资源配置,最大的发挥人才的优势肯定会推动企业的发展。本文中,笔者结合自身的工作实际,探究了提高企业人力资源管理效能的对策,希望能优化企业的人力资源配置,提升企业的市场竞争力。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the social and economic development in our country has been in a sound state of affairs, and domestic enterprises have ushered in a good opportunity of development. At the same time, China’s opening-up and opening up have obviously expanded. In the current economic globalization, the development of enterprises is also facing some challenges and pressures. Under the new situation, enterprises must optimize the allocation of resources and enhance their competitiveness. Talent is the most fundamental factor in the development of an enterprise. If an enterprise can optimize the internal allocation of human resources, it will certainly promote its development by giving full play to the advantages of qualified personnel. In this paper, the author combined with his own work, explore the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of human resources management, hoping to optimize the allocation of human resources and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
