目的:研究对萼猕猴桃(Actinidia valvata Dunn)叶的的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用多种色谱手段进行分离,通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。选用肿瘤细胞株PLC、Hep3B、HepG2、HeLa、SW480、MCF-7和Bel7402,采用MTT法进行细胞毒活性测试。结果:从对萼猕猴桃中分得4个化合物为科罗索酸(1)、2α,3β,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(2)、2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(3)和2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(4),它们都具有细胞毒活性。结论:该4个化合物为首次从该实验材料中获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Actinidia valvata Dunn leaves. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for the separation and the structure of the compounds was confirmed by spectral analysis. The tumor cell lines PLC, Hep3B, HepG2, HeLa, SW480, MCF-7 and Bel7402 were selected for cytotoxicity test by MTT method. Results: Four compounds were isolated from calyx kiwifruit as corosolic acid (1), 2α, 3β, 24-trihydroxysuccin-12-ene-28- (3) and 2α, 3α, 19α, 24-tetrahydroxysuccin-12-en-28-oic acid (4), all of which have cytotoxic activity. Conclusion: The four compounds were obtained from this experimental material for the first time.
