研究了杂质Cu;Zn,Sn在氯化物和硫酸盐电解质溶液中与Fe共沉积的电化学行为及其对提取高纯度电解铁的影响.发现Fe一Cu共沉积是Cu先析出的正常型共沉积,Fe-Zn共沉积在40℃低温时是Zn先析出的异常型共沉积,80℃高温时是Fe先析出的正常型共沉积, Fe-Sn共沉积在高电流密度时属Fe优先析出的异常型共沉积.
The electrochemical behavior of Cu, Zn and Sn co-deposition with Fe in chloride and sulfate electrolyte solutions and their effect on the extraction of high purity electrolytic iron were studied. It is found that Fe-Cu co-deposition is a normal-type co-deposition of Cu first precipitation. Fe-Zn co-deposition is an anomalous co-deposition of Zn first precipitated at low temperature of 40 ℃ and normal co-deposition of Fe first precipitated at a high temperature of 80 ℃, Fe-Sn co-deposition at high current density is the preferential deposition of Fe-type co-deposition.
