采用免疫组织化学方法 ,结合计算机图形分析技术 ,研究一次或长期给予抗抑郁药后大鼠不同脑区C- FOS免疫反应性。结果显示 :1一次给药后额叶皮质 ,扣带回 ,嗅结节岛 ,纹状体四个部位的免疫反应阳性细胞数显著增加 ;2长期给药组额叶皮质 ,乳头体核 ,杏仁核和纹状体四个部位的 C- FOS免疫反应阳性细胞数显著增加 ;3不同抗抑郁药作用的部位有差异。不同抗抑郁药能使大鼠脑不同区域的 c- fos表达增强 ,可能涉及抗抑郁药的分子作用机制。
Immunohistochemistry and computer graphic analysis techniques were used to study the C-FOS immunoreactivity in different brain regions of rats after one-time or long-term administration of antidepressants. The results showed that the numbers of immunoreactive cells in frontal cortex, cingulate gyrus, olfactory tubercle island and striatum increased significantly after the first administration. 2 The long-term administration of the frontal cortex, papillary nucleus, almond The number of C-FOS immunoreactive cells in the four parts of the nucleus and striatum increased significantly; 3 there were differences in the site of action of different antidepressants. Different antidepressants can increase c-fos expression in different regions of the rat brain, which may involve the molecular mechanism of antidepressants.
