2015年CJ核电2台650MW机组投产后,在第二回联网工程及QZ抽蓄投产前的过渡期间,如何解决调峰难题、降低安全稳定风险将成为海南电网运行中的焦点和难点。文章结合CJ核电机组的特性及系统条件,全面分析了核电投产初期海南电网可能存在的调峰和安全稳定问题,提出了综合解决措施,并初步估算了经济代价,可为电网运行提供参考。
How to solve the problem of peak regulation and reduce the risk of safety and stability will become the focus and difficulty in the operation of Hainan Power Grid during the transition period between the second network project and QZ pump put into production in 2015 after the commissioning of two 650 MW units of CJ nuclear power plant. Combining with the characteristics and system conditions of CJ nuclear power plant, this paper comprehensively analyzes the possible peaking and safety and stability problems of Hainan Power Grid during the initial operation of nuclear power plant, puts forward the comprehensive measures and initially estimates the economic cost, which can provide a reference for grid operation.
