目的探讨引导式教育对小儿精神发育迟滞康复治疗的效果。方法此次依不同康复训练方式将2015年1月—2017年3月于该院诊治的精神发育迟滞患儿40例分组为:对照组用常规康复训练做康复治疗,观察组用常规康复训练+引导式教育做康复治疗;详细观察两组患儿治疗前后DQ结局、治疗效果,将所获相关数据严格记录并作对比分析。结果常规康复训练+引导式教育(观察组)干预精神发育迟滞患儿的康复效果优于单纯常规康复训练(对照组)干预效果,患儿DQ结局优于对照组、临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神发育迟滞患儿康复治疗时选择常规康复训练+引导式教育干预的效果显著,可有效改善患儿DQ情况,值得临床上广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of guided education on rehabilitation of children with mental retardation. Methods According to the different rehabilitation training methods, 40 children with mental retardation who were treated in this hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were divided into: the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, the observation group was treated with routine rehabilitation training + Guided education to do rehabilitation treatment; detailed observation of two groups of children before and after treatment of DQ outcome, the treatment effect, the relevant data obtained will be strictly recorded and compared. Results The results of routine rehabilitation training and guided education (observation group) intervention in children with mental retardation were better than interventions in routine rehabilitation training (control group). The outcome of DQ in children was better than that in control group, and the clinical effect was better than that in control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Children with mental retardation in the rehabilitation treatment of conventional rehabilitation training + guided education intervention effect is significant, can effectively improve the children with DQ, it is widely used in clinical.
