如何以工程为载体,以文化为背景,以人文精神为内在核心,传递给学生“科技以人为本”的工程伦理价值观,对学生进行文理渗透,培养文理兼容、德才兼备的应用型人才,是当前高等教育面临的一个重要课题。以黑龙江科技学院面向全校所有专业大一本科生开设的《工程教育》课程为例,介绍了该门课程围绕学生的工程意识和人文精神培养所构建的课程体系、教学内容体系和教学模式,以及进行改革的具体做法和取得的效果,为理工科院校培养文理兼容的优秀人才进行有益的探索与实践。
