1985年Rall和Fahy首次应用玻璃化法冷冻保存小鼠胚胎以来,玻璃化冷冻技术以其简单、有效、经济受到关注。在人类辅助生殖技术中,囊胚的培养和移植对于提高妊娠率、减少多胎妊娠的发生具有重要意义,因此需要将剩余囊胚有效冷冻保存,玻璃化法可望成为有效冷冻保存多余囊胚的新技术。在玻璃化冷冻技术中,不同的冷冻装置、冷冻保护剂的类型和浓度、解冻方法的不同、囊胚冷冻前的不同处理,都是影响囊胚冷冻后复苏的关键因素。
In 1985, Rall and Fahy first applied the vitrification method to cryopreserve mouse embryos since vitrification has drawn attention to its simplicity, efficiency and economy. In human assisted reproductive technology, the cultivation and transplantation of blastocysts is of great importance to improve the pregnancy rate and reduce the occurrence of multiple pregnancies. Therefore, the remaining blastocysts need to be effectively cryopreserved, and the vitrification method is expected to be effective for cryopreservation of redundant blastocysts new technology. In vitrification, different freezing devices, types and concentrations of cryoprotectants, different thawing methods, and different treatments before blastocyst are the key factors affecting the post-thawed blastocysts.
