在企业资产重组和建立现代企业制度的过程中,企业的分配机制和领导体制发生很大变化,势必引起工会的工作方向和工作方式发生相应的变革。 首先,维护职工的工资收入、福利待遇和下岗职工的生活保障将成为工会工作的重点,企业工会是维护职工利益的,职工的主要利益是工资收入和集体福利。而建国近五十年来,企业工会几乎没有为职工的工资和福利操过心。
In the course of reorganization of enterprise assets and the establishment of a modern enterprise system, great changes have taken place in the distribution mechanism and the leadership system of enterprises, which will inevitably lead to the corresponding changes in the work direction and working methods of trade unions. First of all, maintaining wages and salaries, benefits and subsistence allowances for laid-off workers will become the focus of the work of trade unions. Trade unions in enterprises maintain the interests of workers and staff members. Their main interests are wage income and collective benefits. In the recent 50 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the trade unions in the enterprise hardly ever cared about the wages and benefits of their employees.
