在当今的美国社会里,妇女不仅纷纷走向社会谋取职业,而且将近1/3的小企业属于妇女所有,这也就是说,妇女办企业的时代即将来临。据统计,从1980年到1986年,妇女办的企业从250万家增加到410万家,猛增了62.6％。这些企业的收入额也翻了一番,从360亿美元增加到715亿美元。许多女企业主已成为具有丰富管理经验的女经理并同历来由男子一统天下的行业进行竞争。
In today’s American society, women not only move toward the society to pursue careers, but nearly a third of small businesses are owned by women. This means that the era of women’s business is approaching. According to statistics, from 1980 to 1986, the number of women-owned enterprises increased from 2.5 million to 4.1 million, a sharp increase of 62.6%. The income of these companies has also doubled from 36 billion U.S. dollars to 71.5 billion U.S. dollars. Many female business owners have become female managers with rich management experience and compete with industries that have traditionally been dominated by men.
