从RBV视角研究了现代服务企业e就绪与电子商务能力的关系,并基于223家企业数据,运用结构方程建模(SEM)进行了实证研究。结果证实,电子商务能力的形成受到企业战略、IT资源以及知识积累与共享三类e就绪因素综合影响,服务企业的知识就绪是实施电子商务的重要组织资源。研究进一步发现,当前企业的人力资源管理与电子商务运作要求的岗位技能和职能不相匹配,复合型人才不足是电子商务成功实施的主要障碍。进一步讨论了如何在e就绪基础上发展电子商务的策略。
From the perspective of RBV, the relationship between e-ready and e-commerce capabilities of modern service enterprises was studied. Based on 223 enterprise data, an Empirical Study was carried out by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results confirm that the formation of e-commerce capabilities is affected by the three factors of enterprise strategy, IT resources and knowledge accumulation and sharing, and the knowledge readiness of service enterprises is an important organizational resource for implementing e-commerce. The study further found that the current enterprise’s human resource management and e-commerce operations require job skills and functions do not match, complex talent shortage is the main obstacle to the successful implementation of e-commerce. Further discussed how to develop e-commerce strategy based on e ready.
