1978～1984年以2个周期的诱导化疗加手术切除治疗94例晚期头颈癌患者。1984年后对62例手术可切除的晚期头颈癌采用标准疗法,即手术或手术加术后放疗。将两组病人的疗效作一比较。单纯手术治疗组肿瘤复发率约为诱导化疗组的2倍,差异十分显著。按病变分期和部位比较2年无瘤生存率,诱导化疗组,Ⅲ或Ⅳ期病人的生存率均有改善(Ⅲ期P=0.02,Ⅳ期P=0.004)。单纯手术治疗组病人的中位无瘤生存期为18个月,诱导化疗组为3年。94
From 1978 to 1984, two cycles of induction chemotherapy and surgical resection were performed in 94 patients with advanced head and neck cancer. After 1984, 62 patients with surgically resectable advanced head and neck cancer were treated by standard therapy, either surgery or surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy. The two groups of patients for a comparison. The tumor recurrence rate of the surgery group was about twice that of the chemotherapy group, the difference was significant. The 2-year disease-free survival rate was compared according to the stage of the lesion and the location. The survival rate of patients in the induction chemotherapy group and stage III or IV patients was improved (P = 0.02 for stage III and stage IV = 0.004). The median tumor-free survival was 18 months in the surgically treated group and 3 years in the induction chemotherapy group. 94
