我们遇到13例肺动脉栓塞引起猝死病例。男11例，女2例，年龄最小26岁，最大48岁．7例为下肢被车撞伤和股骨骨折引起肺动脉血栓栓塞．原因不明猝死1例，头部外伤脑血肿入院1例．左上肢肱骨患尤因肉瘤入院1例，伤寒病后期、颈静脉损伤、右心房损伤，空气栓塞于肺动脉引起猝死各1例．结合病例对肺动脉栓塞的种类及发生、猝死发生的机理等方面进行了较为深入的病理学分析。
We encountered 13 cases of sudden pulmonary embolism cases. There were 11 males and 2 females, the youngest was 26 years old and the oldest was 48 years old. Pulmonary thromboembolism occurred in 7 cases of bruised lower extremities and femoral fractures. One case of unknown sudden death, head injury brain hematoma admitted to hospital in 1 case. The left upper extremity humerus patients with Ewing sarcoma in 1 case, late typhoid fever, jugular vein injury, right atrial injury, air embolism in the pulmonary artery caused by sudden death in 1 case. Combined with cases of pulmonary embolism type and occurrence, the mechanism of sudden death and other aspects of a more in-depth pathological analysis.
