目的 观察活性炭对生脉注射液中人参皂苷 Re的吸附。方法 设计影响活性炭吸附人参皂苷 Re的因素如加炭量、p H值、温度等进行试验 ,用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷 Re的含量的变化。结果 实验证明 ,活性炭对生脉注射液中的人参皂苷 Re有明显的吸附作用 ,并随加入量的增大而明显增强 ,温度对吸附有一定的作用 ,p H值对吸附影响不大。结论 配制生脉注射液时要严格控制活性炭的加入量
Objective To observe the adsorption of ginsenoside Re in Shengmai injection by activated charcoal. Methods The factors affecting the adsorption of ginsenoside Re by activated charcoal, such as carbon content, p H value, and temperature, were tested. The content of ginsenoside Re was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results It was proved by experiments that activated carbon has obvious adsorption effect on ginsenoside Re in Shengmai Injection, and it obviously increases with the increase of the amount of added, and the temperature has a certain effect on adsorption. The effect of p H on adsorption is not significant. Conclusion It is necessary to strictly control the amount of activated carbon when preparing Shengmai injection
