基于FTIR和HPLC的广西丘陵地区两面针的化学组分比较分析

研究两面针的红外光谱特征及不同丘陵地区两面针的差异,并结合HPLC分析广西不同丘陵地区两面针中生物碱的差异。采集广西不同丘陵地区两面针药材的FTIR图,运用主成分分析法(PCA)研究不同谱图间的差异,结合高效液相色谱法测定氯化两面针碱的含量。两面针样本所处的地理位置、纬度、气候、年降雨量、土壤等外在条件的不同使两面针化学成分含量存在差异。运用红外光谱技术可以快速鉴别出不同丘陵地区两面针主要化学成分的差异,并能够准确把握药材的整体信息。 The characteristics of the infrared spectroscopy of Zambia needles and the difference of two-sided needles in different hill regions were studied. The difference in alkaloids in the two-sided needles from different hill regions in Guangxi was analyzed. The FTIR spectra of Pinellia sibirica from different hilly regions in Guangxi were collected. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to study the difference between different spectra. The content of nitidine chloride was determined by HPLC. The geographical location, latitude, climate, annual rainfall, soil, and other external conditions of the two-sided needle sample are different in the chemical composition of the two-sided needle. The use of infrared spectroscopy can quickly identify the differences in the main chemical components of the double-sided needles in different hilly regions, and can accurately grasp the overall information of medicinal herbs.
