本文通过对元认知概念的探源及对元认知策略与新闻英语听力理解的关系分析,探讨了元认知在新闻英语听力理解中的构建及元认知策略的有效运用,旨在以元认知策略促进新闻英语的听力理解,帮助学生克服听力障碍从而提高学生听力理解的元认知能力。
By analyzing the source of metacognition concepts and the relationship between metacognitive strategies and news listening comprehension, this paper discusses the construction of metacognition in news English listening comprehension and the effective use of metacognitive strategies. Metacognitive strategies promote the listening comprehension of news English and help students to overcome their hearing impairment so as to improve students’ metacognitive ability in listening comprehension.
