所有医院的竞争都通过医务人员之间的对比竞争体现出来,所以加强对医务人员的管理,利用薪酬管理机制的效能作用把所有医务工作人员的工作激情激发出来是很多医院研究的一个重点课题。在医院竞争力的整体提升上,医院的发展和改革体现在各个环节之中,这些都是医院下属的人力资源部门应该给与关注的内容。本文作者结合自己的实际工作经验,从医源性酬制度的建立,薪酬激励制度的原则和各个医院自己情况所应采取的措施桑方面加以全面阐述,力度对医院薪酬激励制度给予全面的诠释。
All hospitals compete through the competition between medical personnel reflected, so to strengthen the management of medical staff, the effectiveness of the use of pay management mechanism to stimulate the working enthusiasm of all medical staff is a key issue in many hospital research. In the overall improvement of the competitiveness of the hospital, the development and reform of the hospital are reflected in all aspects, which are the human resources departments under the hospital should give attention to. The author combined his own practical work experience to comprehensively explain the compensation incentive system of hospital from the aspects of the establishment of medical pay system, the principle of salary incentive system and the measures taken by each hospital.
