前言 螺杆转子齿形是影响压缩机性能的重要因素,近年来又进行了高效齿形的研究和开发。本公司自1979年着手开发新齿形以来,已开发出许多用途的各种齿形。 螺杆齿形所使用的函数、点、圆、直线等简单函数较多,通过使用不同的函数有可能进一步提高齿形性能,使齿形函数的几何学性质变得更清楚,从而开发了齿形性能预测程序,此程序对任意齿形都能在短时间内掌握齿形性能,现介绍如下。
