目的了解建湖县中小学生营养状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用身高标准体重法和“学生生长发育监测信息管理与评价系统”软件对2008-2010年全县232 994名中小学生营养状况进行分析。结果学生营养不良率为14.49%,超重率和肥胖率分别为12.74%和14.04%;营养不良率逐年下降,营养过剩率明显上升;身高与体重上等率和下等率,营养不良率和营养过剩率均是初中生高于小学生和高中生。结论建湖县中小学生营养状况不容乐观,及时纠正肥胖与超重是学校卫生防病工作的重点。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Jianhu County and provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding interventions. Methods The nutritional status of 232 994 primary and secondary school students in the county from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed by using the standard height weight method and the Student Growth and Development Monitoring Information Management and Evaluation System software. Results The malnutrition rate of students was 14.49%, and the rates of overweight and obesity were 12.74% and 14.04% respectively. The malnutrition rate decreased year by year, and the excess of nutrition was obviously increased. The upper and lower rates of height and weight, malnutrition rate and nutrition Excess rates are higher than junior high school students and high school students. Conclusion The nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Jianhu County is not optimistic. Timely correction of obesity and overweight is the focus of school health prevention.
