近年来,市场经济高速发展,企业纷纷寻求战略性转型契机。不论技术创新、业务拓展还是组织变革,人力资源管理都应发挥其重要作用。但就实际情况而言,人力资源管理工作存在职能发展严重滞后、无法满足企业战略发展需求等问题。经调研分析,造成人力资源管理实践困惑的主要原因是相关从业人员的非专业化配置,由此人力资源管理人员非专业化配置现象亟待重视及改进。
In recent years, the rapid development of market economy, enterprises have sought the strategic turning point. Regardless of technological innovation, business development or organizational change, human resources management should play an important role. However, as far as the actual situation is concerned, human resource management work lags behind the serious development of its functions and fails to meet the needs of its strategic development. After investigation and analysis, the main reason causing human resource management practice confusion is the non-specialized allocation of related employees. Therefore, the non-professional configuration of human resource managers needs to be emphasized and improved urgently.
