预喷射技术可以降低噪声和排放,是满足欧Ⅲ以上排放法规的主要解决途径之一。基于电控单体泵燃油喷射系统柴油机进行研究,采用中断环方式实现预喷射控制算法,通过在DDC 2000电控单体泵柴油机上安装缸压传感器和喷油嘴端压力传感器进行试验。结果表明,在单体泵燃油喷射系统上,采用合适的控制算法和执行器驱动,能很好地实现预喷射并取得良好结果。该算法独立于硬件平台,可以用于电控单体泵柴油机和共轨柴油机的喷射控制。
Pre-injection technology can reduce noise and emissions, which is one of the main solutions to meet emission regulations of Euro Ⅲ and above. Based on the study of diesel engine fuel injection system with electronic single pump, pre-injection control algorithm was implemented by using interrupted loop method. Cylinder pressure sensor and nozzle pressure sensor were installed on DDC 2000 electronically controlled single-cylinder diesel engine. The results show that, in the single pump fuel injection system, the appropriate control algorithm and actuator drive can achieve good pre-injection and achieve good results. Independent of the hardware platform, this algorithm can be used for the injection control of electronically controlled single-block diesel engines and common-rail diesel engines.
