目的研究抗氧化剂对缺血后再灌注引起的心肌细胞凋亡的作用。方法利用缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型,通过末端转移酶介导的原位缺口标记法(TUNEL)检测有或无药物保护时心肌细胞的凋亡程度。结果与非缺血心肌比较,缺血再灌注的心肌组织出现显著的凋亡细胞,而经抗氧化剂N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸(NAC)预处理的缺血再灌注大鼠心肌组织凋亡细胞数较未处理组显著减少。结论NAC可有效抑制缺血再灌注损伤相关的心肌细胞凋亡。
Objective To study the effect of antioxidants on cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The animal model of ischemia-reperfusion injury was used to detect the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes with or without drug protection by TUNEL. Results Compared with non-ischemic myocardium, myocardial cells in ischemia-reperfusion showed significant apoptotic cells, while ischemic-reperfused myocardial tissue pretreated with N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) The number of apoptotic cells was significantly reduced compared with the untreated group. Conclusion NAC can effectively inhibit myocardial cell apoptosis related to ischemia-reperfusion injury.
