节点实时电价反映了电能的边际成本,有功实时电价或无功实时电价的波动都会给用户带来金融风险,只有相对稳定的有功及无功价格才会给用户带来相对稳定的收益。在现有有功输电权概念的基础上,增加了无功功率部分,即文中所提出的综合输电权,可以更全面地规避实时电价波动造成的风险。并且,在远期能量市场上,把综合输电权与远期能量一起拍卖,然后利用基于内点法的最优潮流方法实现了该拍卖的计算,为高效解算交流模型下的输电权问题提供了解算基础。IEEE9节点算例证明了该方法的有效性。
The real-time price of nodes reflects the marginal cost of electric energy. The fluctuation of real-time real-time electricity prices or reactive real-time electricity prices will bring financial risks to users.
