目前,在我国市场竞争的新型式不断进步下,要想切实搞好人力资源管理工作,首要任务就是完善人力资源管理信息化建设。但是在当前知识经济的基础上,我国关于人力资源的信息化建设和预期的效果还是有一定的差距的,这也是影响现代企业人才培训以及阻碍企业发展的重要因素。在这种严峻的情况下,针对如何搞好人力资源信息化建设有必要采取一定措施了。文章就我国人力资源信息化建设的实施做出合理分析及相应对策,其内容包括:通过企业领导高度重视人力资源管理信息化的建设,彻底改变从事人力资源岗位工作有的人员的陈旧思想和意识,将着重对该项目的团队进行培养,使其能力得到充分发挥。
