由水利部、劳动部、中华全国总工会和共青团中央共同发起和组织的“全国水文勘测工技术大赛”于1992年10月31日～11月7日在湖南省长沙市举行。参加这次大赛的有大赛组委会主任、水利部副部长王守强、湖南省副省长汪啸风以及劳动部,中华全国总工会、共青团中央等单位的领导,水利部人劳司司长朱登铨,水文司司长王厥谋、副司长焦得生,湖南省农委、劳动厅、省总工会、省团委、省水电厅领导以及水利部有关司局的代表等。出席这次大赛的还有中央电视台、人民日报社、中央人民广播电台、中国
The “National Hydrological Survey Technology Competition” jointly initiated and organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Labor, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League was held on October 31, 1992 to November 7, 1992 in Changsha, Hunan Province. Participating in the competition were the director of the Organizing Committee, Wang Shouqiang, deputy director of the Ministry of Water Resources; Wang Xiaofeng, deputy governor of Hunan Province, and the Ministry of Labor; leaders of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and others; and Zhu Dengyu, director of the Department of Human Resources and Labor of the Ministry of Water Resources, hydrology. Secretary of the Department Wang Yaomou and deputy director Jiao Desheng, Hunan Provincial Agriculture Commission, Labor Department, Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Provincial Communist Youth League, Provincial Department of Water Resources, and representatives of relevant departments of the Ministry of Water Resources. Also attending the competition were China Central Television, People’s Daily, Central People’s Broadcasting Station, and China.
