为解决烧结工序能耗高的问题,根据能量守恒原理,对唐钢炼铁厂烧结机和环冷机进行了详细的能量平衡测试,通过对测试结果的分析,并结合生产设备及工艺特点,分析诊断了烧结工序的能源消耗状况。测试结果表明:烧结机排烟温度偏高,热损失较大,环冷机烟罩内串风严重、台车底部漏风较大。根据测试结果提出具体的改进措施。测试的原始数据为炼铁厂烧结工序的节能降耗提供重要的参考依据。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the sintering process, according to the principle of energy conservation, a detailed energy balance test was carried out on the sinter and the ring cooler of Tangsteel Iron Works. Through the analysis of the test results, combined with the characteristics of the production equipment and process, The energy consumption of the sintering process.
