上海电机厂新研制开发的5750kW电机,其转轴材料为34CrMolA,直径为1m,净重为32.5t,电枢支架材料为16Mn采用公盈联接传传递力矩,公盈量为0.960~1.106mm,因特殊需要,轴与支架采用冷热组合套装新工艺,即将转轴冷却到-40~-50℃,而支架同时加热到170℃,进行套装。为此,该厂委托上海发电设备成套设计研究所进行工艺模拟试验。模拟试验的目的是测出转轴在冷却时的温度分布和应力分布;测定转轴在冷却过程中的收缩量;
