目的 探讨TNT所致职业危害的机理 ,寻找早期监测指标。方法 选择能反映自由基代谢状态的两项重要指标 (即血清过氧化脂质 含量和CuZnSOD活力 ) ,对TNT作业工人进行测定分析。结果 TNT接触者体内CuZnSOD活力显著低于对照组 ,而LPO含量显著高于对照组。结论 血清LPO和CuZnSOD活力的测定对早期监控TNT所致的职业危害具有一定的意义
Objective To explore the mechanism of occupational hazards caused by TNT and to find out the early monitoring indicators. Methods Two important indexes that could reflect the metabolic status of free radicals (namely, serum lipid peroxidation and CuZnSOD activity) were selected to test TNT workers. Results The activity of CuZnSOD in TNT contact group was significantly lower than that in control group, while the content of LPO in control group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion The determination of serum LPO and CuZnSOD activity has certain significance for early monitoring of occupational hazards caused by TNT
