玄武岩纤维是一种目前被广泛研究应用的新型纤维增强材料。本文采用超细短切玄武岩纤维制作了圆柱形玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(BFRC)试件,并开展了不同加载速率的压缩实验。实验表明超细短切玄武岩纤维对提高混凝土的强度效果不明显,但能够增加混凝土材料的极限变形,并改变混凝土的破坏形态。另外,实验表明试件的极限荷载和极限变形均随着加载速率的提高而增大,说明材料在低应变率下也具有较为明显的应变率效应。
Basalt fiber is a new type of fiber reinforced material that has been widely studied and applied. In this paper, cylindrical basalt fiber reinforced concrete (BFRC) specimens were fabricated by using ultra-fine chopped basalt fibers and compression experiments at different loading rates were carried out. Experiments show that the effect of superfine chopped basalt fiber on improving the strength of concrete is not obvious, but it can increase the ultimate deformation of concrete material and change the failure mode of concrete. In addition, the experimental results show that the ultimate load and ultimate deformation of the specimens increase with the increase of loading rate, indicating that the material also has obvious strain rate effect at low strain rate.
