Research-based teachers are a new role orientation for primary and secondary school teachers. This role is centered on the teaching work that is being performed. The purpose is to cultivate teachers’ ability to solve scientific problems in teaching. Starting from the professional characteristics, primary and secondary school teachers’ scientific research is of assistance and penetration. Auxiliary refers to teachers’ scientific research aids and services to teaching. Permeability refers to the fact that teachers’ scientific research is disseminated in teaching activities. It does not have independence and specialization.
