开孔板和开孔波折板是钢-混凝土组合结构中的两种新型抗剪连接件。分别设计、制作了不同构造参数的开孔板和开孔波折板连接件剪切试件,完成了对比加载试验。研究了两种新型连接件剪切试件的破坏形态、荷载-滑移特性及相同构造参数下两种连接件的抗剪承载能力。研究结果表明:两种连接件均发生纵向劈裂破坏;开孔板连接件无明显的塑性滑移特性,开孔波折板连接件有明显的塑性滑移特性;波折面的局部承压对开孔波折板连接件的抗剪能力有较大影响;相同构造参数下,开孔波折板连接件的承载力约为开孔板的3倍。
The perforated and perforated corrugated plates are two new types of shear connectors in steel-concrete composite structures. The shear specimens with perforated plates and perforated corrugated plate connectors with different structural parameters were designed and fabricated respectively, and the contrast loading test was completed. The failure modes, load-slip characteristics and shear bearing capacity of two kinds of connectors under the same structural parameters were studied. The results show that both of the connectors have longitudinal splitting failure. The perforated plate connectors have no obvious plastic sliding characteristics. The perforated corrugated plate connectors have obvious plastic sliding characteristics. The shear capacity of the hole-wave bent plate connector has a great influence. Under the same structural parameters, the bearing capacity of the corrugated plate connector with open-hole is about 3 times of that of the perforated plate.
