目的 :探讨新生儿感染性肺炎T细胞亚群与IgG及其亚类的关系。方法 :对 111例感染性肺炎患儿和 3 0例对照组新生儿T淋巴细胞亚群、IgG及其亚类进行检测和分析。结果 :CD3、CD4细胞数量为肺炎组 <对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。其中 ,CD3、CD4细胞数量为细菌性肺炎组 <对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4肺炎各组和对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :当新生儿因感染而出现免疫功能紊乱时 ,应首先纠正细胞免疫缺陷 ,合理补充免疫球蛋白
Objective: To investigate the relationship between T cell subsets of neonatal pneumonia and IgG and their subclasses. Methods: T-lymphocyte subsets, IgG and its subclasses of 111 neonates with infectious pneumonia and 30 controls were detected and analyzed.
