目的以医生集体效能为团体调节变量来探讨医生社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用社会支持量表、集体效能信念量表和中国职业倦怠问卷对11所医院的461名医生进行调查。结果1医生职业倦怠轻、中、重度的比率分别为20.17%、21.47%、25.60%;2医生的社会支持负向预测成就感降低(β=-0.25,P<0.001);3集体效能对社会支持与成就感降低之间关系的负向预测作用极其显著(β=0.06,P<0.001)。结论社会支持对职业倦怠有显著负向预测作用,集体效能负向预测了社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between doctor’s social support and job burnout by using the doctor’s collective efficacy as a group adjustment variable. Methods A total of 461 doctors from 11 hospitals were investigated using the social support scale, collective efficacy belief scale and Chinese Burnout Questionnaire. Results 1 The rate of light, moderate and severe job burnout was 20.17%, 21.47% and 25.60% respectively; 2, the social support of two doctors decreased negatively (β = -0.25, P <0.001); 3, The negative predictive effect of the relationship between support and reduction of accomplishment was extremely significant (β = 0.06, P <0.001). Conclusion Social support has a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout, and collective effectiveness negatively predicts the relationship between social support and job burnout.
