目前吐哈油田低压井、漏失井较多,压井作业时压井液漏入储层造成污染,导致含水上升和产量下降,部分井停产的严重后果。压井后生产井恢复周期长(平均12天),造成资源浪费。利用井控设备与地面和井下工具配套形成的可控不压井作业技术,避免了压井液漏入储层伤害储层的问题,降低了修井成本,修井作业后不需排液,满足安全作业和保护储层的需求,实现节能省耗,为油田整体开发提供了技术保障,应用前景广泛。
