井下作业过程中,无论是应急关井还是正常施工,经常会出现井筒承压的情况。在不同的井口设备组合或者不同的关井方式,管柱的受力会发生很大的变化,井口的受力状态也随之发生改变。本文通过对井下作业过程中在井筒承压情况下几种常用的关井方式进行受力分析,根据不同的受力情况判断井口装备的受力状态。根据现场实际情况选择合适的关井方式,确保井口及管柱安全,避免出现安全及井控事故。
Downhole operation process, whether it is emergency shutdown or normal construction, borehole pressure will often appear the situation. In different wellhead equipment combinations or different shut-in methods, the force of the column will change greatly, and the stress state of the wellhead will also change. In this paper, several commonly used methods of closing the well under well pressure during wellbore operation are used to analyze the force, and the stress state of wellhead equipment is judged according to different stress conditions. According to the actual situation in the field to choose the appropriate way to shut the wellhead to ensure wellhead and column safety, to avoid safety and well control accidents.
