淅川县今年夏季遭受了严重自然灾害袭击,大部分农户小麦出芽霉变,秋季灾害又接踵而至,60％农户的农田被洪水淹没。面对灾情,县四大班子领导带领全县人民奋起抗灾,特别对军烈属实行“三优先”:优先兑现优抚款,现在全县90万元优抚款全部发到军属手中;优先解决军属生产、生活困难,在全县开展了“我为国防建设献爱心”活动,全县上下积极响应,把全县捐助款25万元钱、48万斤粮全部送到军属家中;县乡人武部组建了120支青年民兵抗洪抢险救灾队,优先为军属抢修房屋,抢扶秋苗,抢种农作物。目前,已为军属抢修房屋2816间,扶苗84000亩,抢种萝卜、白菜等农作物6500亩。
