钢结硬质合金是以钢作为粘结剂,以金属碳化物为硬质相(主要有碳化钨和碳化钛两种),用粉末冶金方法制取的一种新型材料。因此,它既有一般硬质合金的高硬度和高耐磨性,又具有一般合金工具钢的强度高、韧性好的优点。且具有可机械加工、可热处理,也可进行锻造、粘结、焊接的优点。目前国内外除刃具或耐腐蚀、耐高温的零件使用钢结硬质合金外,其最主要的应用便是制作各种类型的模具。本文主要介绍GW50及TLMW50钢结硬
